Planning

See where this month lands before it closes.

camaze forecasts your month-end AI spend from what's happened so far this month, colored against the budget you've set — so a forecast that's about to cross the line shows up in yellow or red before it's a surprise on the invoice.

How the forecast is built

Usage and subscriptions, forecast differently

A flat monthly subscription and metered API usage don't behave the same way, so camaze doesn't forecast them the same way. Usage is extrapolated from your run-rate so far this month, since it can spike or slow down. A subscription's daily rate is close to constant, so camaze projects it linearly instead — extrapolating a fixed cost like it might vary would just add noise. The two projections are computed separately, then summed into one month-end number.

Usage — extrapolated from run-rate
$540.20

Scales with how this month is actually trending.

Subscriptions — projected linearly
$72.20

Near-constant by nature, so it's projected as such.

Budget-aware

Green, yellow, or red — against your number, not a guess

Set a monthly budget on the dashboard, and the forecast is colored against it: green while you're comfortably under, yellow as you approach it, red once the forecast crosses it. It's the same number the budget alert watches, so what you see on the dashboard and what lands in your inbox never disagree.
